How to Apply Online
Follow these simple steps to complete your online application through the Limpopo Department of Basic Education Admissions System.
Volg hierdie eenvoudige stappe om u aanlyn aansoek deur die Limpopo Departement van Basiese Onderwys se Aanlyn Toelatingstelsel te voltooi.
Stap 1: Besoek die Aanlyn Toelatingswebtuiste/ Step 1: Visit the Admissions Website
Gaan na die Limpopo Departement van Basiese Onderwys se Aanlyn Toelatingsportaal. Klik op die "Doen Aanlyn Aansoek"-knoppie op die webwerf of besoek die Departement se toelatingsportaal direk.
Go to the Limpopo Department of Basic Education Online Admissions Portal. Click the Apply Online button on the website or visit the Department's admissions portal directly.
Stap 2: Registreer 'n Rekening./ Step 2: Register an Account
Indien u vir die eerste keer aansoek doen, kies "Registreer" en skep 'n ouer/voog-rekening. U sal die volgende besonderhede moet verskaf: Ouer/Voog se ID-nommer, Volle naam en van, Selfoonnommer, E-posadres (indien beskikbaar) en skep 'n wagwoord. Indien u reeds 'n rekening het, meld eenvoudig aan.
If you are a first-time user, select Register and create a parent/guardian account. You will be required to provide: Parent/Guardian ID Number, Full Name and Surname, Mobile Number, Email Address (if available) and Create a Password. If you already have an account, simply log in.
Stap 3: Voeg die Leerder se Besonderhede by/ Step 3: Add Learner Information
Vul die leerder se besonderhede in presies soos dit op die Geboortesertifikaat of ID-dokument verskyn. U benodig: Leerder se volle naam en van, Geboortedatum, ID-nommer (indien van toepassing), Huidige skool en Huidige graad.
Capture the learner's details exactly as they appear on the Birth Certificate or ID document. You will need: Learner's Full Name, Date of Birth, ID Number (if applicable), Current School and Current Grade.
Stap 4: Kies u Voorkeurskool/ Step 4: Select Your Preferred School
Soek vir Hoërskool Frans du Toit en kies dit as u voorkeurskool. Indien die toelatingstelsel dit toelaat, kan u ook ander skole as alternatiewe kies.
Search for Frans du Toit High School and select it as your preferred school. You may also select additional schools if the admissions system allows.
Stap 5: Laai Ondersteunende Dokumente op/ Step 5: Upload Supporting Documents
Laai duidelike afskrifte van die vereiste dokumente op. Gewoonlik sluit dit die volgende in: Leerder se Geboortesertifikaat of ID, Ouer/Voog se ID, Jongste skoolrapport, Bewys van woonadres, Enige ander dokumente wat deur die Departement aangevra word.
Upload clear copies of the required documents. Typical documents include: Learner's Birth Certificate or ID, Parent/Guardian ID, Latest School Report, Proof of Residential Address, Any additional documents requested by the Department.
Stap 6: Hersien u Aansoek/ Step 6: Review Your Application
Kontroleer al die besonderhede sorgvuldig voordat u die aansoek indien. Verkeerde of onvolledige inligting kan die verwerking van u aansoek vertraag.
Before submitting, carefully check that all information is correct. Incorrect information may delay the processing of your application.
Stap 7: Dien u Aansoek in/ Step 7: Submit Your Application
Klik "Dien In" sodra u seker is dat al die besonderhede korrek is. U sal 'n verwysingsnommer ontvang. Bewaar hierdie nommer vir toekomstige navrae.
Click Submit once you are satisfied that all information is accurate. You will receive a reference number. Please keep this number for future enquiries.
Stap 8: Dien Dokumente by Hoërskool Frans du Toit in/ Step 8: Submit Documents to Hoërskool Frans du Toit
Die voltooiing van die aanlyn aansoek is slegs die eerste stap. Ouers of voogde moet ook Hoërskool Frans du Toit besoek om die vereiste ondersteunende dokumente by die skool in te dien.
Completing the online application is only the first step. Parents or guardians must also visit Frans du Toit High School to submit the required supporting documents as requested by the school.

AANLYN REGISTRASIE ALLEEN VOLTOOI NIE U AANSOEK NIE.
IMPORTANT
AFTER COMPLETING YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION ON THE LIMPOPO DEPARTMENT OF BASIC EDUCATION ADMISSIONS SYSTEM, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DOWNLOAD THE FRANS DU TOIT HIGH SCHOOL APPLICATION FORMS, COMPLETE THEM IN FULL, AND SUBMIT THEM IN PERSON TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE.
ONLINE REGISTRATION ALONE DOES NOT COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION.
Skool Aansoek/ School Application
After completing your online application through the Limpopo Department of Basic Education, please download the Frans du Toit High School Application Forms below. Complete all forms in full and submit them in person to the school office together with all the required supporting documents. Please Note: The online application and the school application are two separate compulsory steps. Your application will only be considered complete once both the online application and the school application have been submitted
Nadat u die aanlyn aansoek deur die Limpopo Departement van Basiese Onderwys voltooi het, laai asseblief die Hoërskool Frans du Toit Aansoekvorms hieronder af. Voltooi al die vorms volledig en dien dit persoonlik by die skoolkantoor in, saam met al die vereiste ondersteunende dokumente. Let Wel: Die aanlyn aansoek en die skoolaansoek is twee afsonderlike verpligte stappe. U aansoek sal slegs as volledig beskou word wanneer beide die aanlyn aansoek én die skoolaansoek ingedien is.
